Reading List - or at least a start of one

Here's a few good one's that I've started (but not yet finished) that might get you in the mood for dreamin' about our float!

Woman of the River by Richard E. Westwood - This a biography of possibly the most famous woman of the Colorado river, Georgie White. Apparently her first trip down the river in 1947 she sawm it! She's crazy and reading about crazy people is always fun.

The Hidden Canyon * A River Jouney by Edward Abbey, photos by John Blaustein - Great pics, classic Ed Abbey tidbits from his first float through the canyon.

The Exploration of the Colorado River and the Grand Canyon by J.W. Powell - I'm sure you've all heard of him and his ascent long before it was fashionable :)

That's all I've got for now. Add more! Maybe some not about white people.
